About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to work on the Tradify product. Tradify is on a mission to transform how tradespeople run their businesses and have a positive impact on their life. • Liaise with the Product Owner and BA to ensure we're on track in terms of time and solution direction

  • Join a session with the Chief Product Officer and Product Director to strategise where we should take the product roadmap over the next few months

  • Talk to some users and pull some data via MCP to find out what's really going on with something you recently launched

  • Get together with your peers to improve the AI tool-chain we leverage to help us do our jobs

  • Craft a tailored go to market brief for our Product Marketing Manager to run with for the next big change

  • Ensure the team understands the strategic objectives, as well as the details and considerations in your product brief

About you

  • A bachelor's degree plus five years' experience in product management, product design, UX design, business analysis or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

  • Extensive experience designing and developing digital products or services with a strong focus on user centered design

  • Deep fluency with AI tools and understanding how to leverage them effectively while maintaining rigorous human judgment

  • Expertise in reaching out and understanding consumer behaviour and needs

  • A great understanding of the concepts of product development, and user experience design as they relate to digital products and service design

  • Enjoying participating in a high-performance team-oriented environment to deliver impactful digital solutions

  • Serving as a subject matter expert as well as coaching others in product development, business case development and product design in an AI present environment

  • Being highly organised and motivated with great attention to the bigger picture

  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Believing that tradies do important work and that supporting them to success is an awesome job
