**Product Management at Dalux – Bringing AI into the Construction Industry

**Dalux continues to grow rapidly, and AI is creating entirely new possibilities for how construction professionals find information, understand complex project data, automate repetitive work, and make decisions.

We're looking for an AI Product Manager to help turn those possibilities into products that create real value for our users.

As an AI Product Manager at Dalux, you'll operate at the intersection of customer needs, rapidly evolving AI technology, and business strategy. You'll work closely with Product Design, AI engineers, developers, and other Product Managers to identify where AI can meaningfully improve construction workflows – and equally importantly, where it cannot.

Building AI products is different from traditional software development. Outputs are probabilistic, quality needs continuous evaluation, and product decisions involve trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, and user trust.

You'll help us navigate those trade-offs and establish how we build great AI products at Dalux.

**Your responsibilities will include:

**

  • AI Product Discovery: Identify and validate problems where AI can create meaningful value rather than applying AI for its own sake.
  • Customer Insights: Work closely with users and internal domain experts to understand construction workflows and identify opportunities for AI-powered improvements.
  • Evaluation & Quality: Define what "good" looks like for AI features and establish evals, quality metrics, test cases, and feedback loops.
  • AI Safety & Trust: Consider hallucinations, uncertainty, guardrails, failure modes, explainability, and user trust throughout product development.
  • Feature Ownership: Lead AI-powered features from early experimentation and prototyping through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and developers on model capabilities, context, architecture, latency, scalability, and cost.
  • AI Product Strategy: Follow developments in models and AI technology and help determine which technological advances create meaningful opportunities for Dalux.

**About You

**We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with a solid understanding of modern AI.

You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you need enough technical understanding to make informed product decisions and have meaningful discussions with the engineers building these systems.

We believe you:

  • Have experience building or managing customer-facing AI/ML products.
  • Understand concepts such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, context, agents, evals, and guardrails.
  • Understand the fundamental difference between building deterministic software and probabilistic AI experiences.
  • Can translate rapidly evolving technical capabilities into valuable user experiences.
  • Are comfortable defining and measuring quality where traditional acceptance criteria are insufficient.
  • Think critically about when AI is – and isn't – the right solution.
  • Can balance user value, model quality, latency, scalability, and cost.
  • Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken.

Experience with B2B SaaS is an advantage.

Experience with construction technology is welcome but not required. We have deep construction expertise within Dalux – for this role, we are particularly interested in adding strong AI product expertise to our organization.

**What To Expect At Dalux

**At Dalux, you'll join a product-driven company where ideas quickly become reality and where you'll have a direct impact on the products we build.

We offer:

  • A collaborative and informal work environment with flat hierarchies
  • High ownership, trust, and the freedom to drive initiatives
  • Talented and dedicated colleagues in an international team
  • A central Copenhagen office, flexible work hours, and no dress code
  • Monthly social events and an active community
  • Attractive benefits including health insurance, lunch, fitness facilities, and free parking
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development

**Ready for the next step?

**We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so please submit your resume and application as soon as possible.

**About Dalux

Over the past years, we’ve grown by 40% annually and now have over 900 employees across 50+ offices in more than 25 countries. All product development takes place in our Østerbro, Copenhagen office, where we focus on building the future of construction technology.
