Product Manager (Banking, Wealth Management, Central)

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the end-to-end lifecycle of Wealth Lending products, including product enhancements, implementation, launch readiness, and ongoing product management.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Central
Salary up to $7000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product development and deployment activities from opportunity identification, discovery, planning, execution, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Coordinate across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Channels, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders across product, business, technical, operational, regulatory, and compliance functions.
• Identify and drive improvements in customer experience, product awareness, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with key stakeholders to refine customer journeys and deliver new capabilities.
• Support issue resolution, product enhancements, and ongoing product optimization.
• Analyze business challenges, investigate root causes, and develop practical solutions to drive product success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, product development, or product delivery within Banking or Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management or Lending.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across business units and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience delivering initiatives involving multiple teams, platforms, and deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting product-related matters to sales teams and diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools is advantageous.
