Summary
Own and improve core product areas for a crypto exchange, including trading, wallets, and staking, by collaborating with engineering and design to deliver features and enhance user experience.
You own and improve core product areas across the web platform, including trading, wallets, onboarding, and staking. You work with engineering and design to deliver features, resolve issues, navigate legal and technical constraints, prioritize impactful improvements, improve existing flows, and support launches with marketing and legal.

Requirements
- 2+ years of product experience or equivalent hands-on ownership
- Experience with consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus
- Strong product sense
- Ability to simplify complex flows
- Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
- Clear communication, especially in async environments
- Proactive mindset and ability to drive things forward
