Web3 Product Manager

You will own product discovery planning and delivery for crypto-native features, conduct direct user research, write specifications, manage the backlog, make integration decisions across chains and wallets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the product in crypto communities and at industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features
• Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily
• Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and ship end-to-end with engineering and design
• Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data
• Facilitate coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations
• Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech
• Track record of shipping products with real adoption
• Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones
• Practical experience with DeFi vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics
• Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile
• Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments
• Ability to facilitate alignment across engineering, design, and business functions
• Clear written communication for specifications, decision documents, and async updates
• Ability to connect product thinking with technical implementation
• Self-directed use of AI in product work
• Skepticism toward hype and curiosity about actual usage patterns
• Preference for shipping small, functional products
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity
