PRODUCT MANAGER

Leads fintech product development from strategy to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver Agile-driven applications aligned with business goals.
This is a remote position.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy
Lead product discovery and requirement gathering
Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders
Prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)
Ensure successful delivery of applications.
Requirements
8–15 years experience in product management
Strong experience in product development
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
