DearHiringManager.io is one of Karhuno Group’s portfolio projects.

The product helps job seekers find the real person behind a job opening. A user pastes a job post URL, and the system identifies the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us improve the product, understand user needs, prioritize new features, and turn feedback and data into a better job-search experience.

What you will work on Own and prioritize parts of the product roadmap Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product usage Identify friction points in the user journey Work with developers to define and improve features Research competitors and trends in job search, recruiting, and career tools Help improve the logic and UX behind hiring manager identification Write clear product requirements and feature briefs Test new features before release Track product performance and identify areas for improvement Help define experiments around activation, retention, and conversion Speak with users and turn their feedback into actionable product decisions
