Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience prioritising technical backlogs based on user needs, value and effort
  • A compelling track record of working with multidisciplinary teams and applying agile, user-centred product practices to deliver value early in complex technical environments
  • Experience of creating a compelling vision and roadmap that encompasses user needs and realises value early
  • Experience creating, influencing and securing stakeholder commitment for enterprise-scale digital or platform services, supported by solid technical understanding
Responsibilities:
  • Set the vision and drive strategy for digital services
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Shape product direction and influence decisions at every level
  • Lead teams to deliver secure, scalable and high impact services
  • Drive the evolution of AWS and Azure platform capabilities
  • Improve the developer experience through internal developer portal and CI/CD pipeline enhancements
  • Own the Access Management product for citizen data protection
  • Ensure secure storage, controlled access, and high-quality insights in data use
