Product Manager
Summary
Eclectic Recruitment is hiring a Product Manager for a client business in Peterborough (hybrid, full-time). The role owns the vision, roadmap and success of digital products in live environments, defines priorities, acts as single point of contact, works closely with technical teams, and tracks product performance. Salary £50,000–£65,000.

Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience managing digital products in live environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Be accountable for the success of assigned products
- Define direction and priorities to ensure products deliver value
- Work closely with the technology and product engineering teams
- Be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and adoption of assigned products
- Act as the single point of contact for products
- Ensure problems are well defined before solutions are designed or built
