Our focus is on helping more players participate in creative expression by making creation easier, safer, and more rewarding.
We're looking for a Product Manager, Global App to help shape the core player experience across the mobile app. This role will focus on improving how players discover, engage with, and return to creator-driven content across priority markets, while ensuring the app experience remains intuitive, scalable, safe, and compatible with a shared global platform.
In this role, you will define product requirements and support execution across key app surfaces including onboarding, home and discovery, content detail pages, profiles, notifications, social engagement features, and in-app guidance.
You will work with engineering, design, data, growth, trust and safety, and regional partners to improve activation, retention, and overall app experience quality.

Requirements
Oversee roadmap areas across the Global App experience, in consideration of our goals and regional user needs.
You will define and track main app metrics including activation, D1/D7 retention, engagement, session frequency, and feature adoption.
You will Identify friction in the player journey and prioritise improvements across onboarding, discovery, navigation, and engagement loops.
Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality app experiences across mobile surfaces.
Collaborate with regional teams on localization and culturalization of UX, messaging, and in-app education.
Work with Growth on lifecycle hooks, notifications, referral mechanics, and re-engagement opportunities.
You will partner with Trust & Safety and Policy teams to embed safety-by-design, reporting flows, and age-appropriate experiences.
Use product analytics, user research, and experimentation to inform prioritisation and improve outcomes.
Help us to support launches, rollout planning, beta testing, issue evaluation, and ongoing quality improvements across markets.
Qualifications
4–7 years of product management experience in consumer mobile products, in apps, games, social platforms, or UGC ecosystems.
3+ years of experience in shipping user-facing features that help us improved activation, engagement, retention, or app quality.
Your product judgement across mobile UX, discovery, engagement loops, and user lifecycle design.
Comfort using data and experimentation to evaluate performance and prioritise product decisions.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Trust & Safety, and regional teams.
Familiarity with localization, culturalization, and global product considerations.
Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, HCI, Design, Economics, Business, or related field; equivalent experience also welcomed.
