Product Manager

Description

We're looking for a Product Manager who has built products from scratch, experienced the challenges of early-stage product development, and seen a product grow from its initial version to meaningful adoption. You'll work directly with the founders, customers, and engineering team to turn complex legal workflows into reliable AI-powered products. You'll own a product workstream end to end, from understanding customer problems and defining the product vision to shipping, measuring adoption, and improving performance in the real world. This isn't a role where you'll manage roadmaps from a distance or coordinate handoffs between teams. You'll be close to the customer, deep in the details, and accountable for whether what we build actually works.

Responsibilities:

  • Own products from 0 to 1: Identify opportunities, define the problem, shape the product, and take it from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Drive product growth: Understand adoption, usage, retention, and customer feedback. Identify what's working, what's broken, and what needs to change to drive meaningful growth.
  • Build AI-native products: Work closely with engineers to turn LLMs and autonomous agents into practical, reliable products that solve real customer problems.
  • Understand customers deeply: Speak directly with US law firms to understand their workflows, pain points, existing systems, and expectations. Translate those insights into product decisions.
  • Own outcomes, not just features: Define success metrics, prioritize ruthlessly, and take responsibility for the business and customer impact of what you ship.
  • Make AI reliable in the real world: Work with the team to improve agent accuracy, consistency, escalation decisions, and recovery from failures. Understand where automation works and where human judgment is needed.
  • Move fast with the founders: Make product decisions with incomplete information, test assumptions quickly, and help shape the product and company as we scale.
  • Stay close to execution: Work hands-on with engineering and design, write clear product specifications, review real user interactions, and iterate based on actual product behavior.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in an early-stage startup or a founding product team.
  • You've built something from scratch: a new product, a major product line, or a 0-to-1 initiative, and owned it beyond launch.
  • You've seen a product grow: you understand the challenges of moving from an initial solution to repeatable adoption, stronger retention, and a better customer experience.
  • You have a strong ownership mindset and are comfortable operating without established processes, large teams, or layers of management.
  • You have worked closely with founders and engineering teams, making product decisions and driving execution in fast-moving environments.
  • You have strong product judgment: you can distinguish between a feature that sounds impressive and one that solves a real customer problem.
  • You're curious about AI and understand its potential and limitations.
  • Hands-on experience building or launching AI-powered products, LLM applications, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
  • You're comfortable talking to customers, digging into operational workflows, and translating ambiguous problems into clear product requirements.
  • You use data, customer conversations, and real-world outcomes to guide decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.
