Position Summary
You will lead the marketing strategy for our hematology portfolio in Colombia. You will work closely with Medical, Market Access, Sales and Operations to design and deliver integrated multichannel plans. We value clear thinking, collaboration and focus on measurable impact. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and implement the local product strategy and annual brand plan for hematology therapies.
- Design and run omnichannel campaigns and educational activities based on customer insights.
- Coordinate launch and lifecycle activities, ensuring market readiness and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Medical, Market Access, Sales and Operations to ensure compliant and effective execution.
- Monitor business performance and budget, using data to recommend corrective actions.
- Gather and share local market insights with regional and global teams to influence strategy and content.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience as a Product Manager or Marketing Manager, with demonstrated experience in Hematology.
- Proven experience developing brand plans, omnichannel campaigns and product launches.
- Experience working in matrix and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions.
- This role is hybrid with regular in-country presence required in Colombia.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Previous experience in oncology or other specialty therapy areas.
- Experience managing high-value portfolios or complex product launches in public and private markets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM and multichannel engagement platforms.
- Postgraduate training in Marketing, Business, Public Health or related field.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Professional English level (B2 or higher).
