Product Manager
Summary
Product Manager at HFM, a multi-asset trading broker, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Day to day: managing the roadmap and backlog in an agile framework, writing user stories and technical specs, and coordinating Engineering, Marketing, and business stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools like Figma.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle (from ideation to launch), ensuring close alignment with overarching business objectives and customer needs.
- Direct the product launch process within a project environment to guarantee a smooth, timely, and successful rollout to users.
- Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog in an agile project management framework.
- Develop user personas and detailed user stories to build a profound understanding of target customer needs and behaviors.
- Translate insights on user needs into clear technical requirements and specifications, utilizing Jira for tasks and Confluence for product documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and key stakeholders—to efficiently bring products to life.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate product performance post-launch, collecting user feedback to implement continuous, data-driven improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to discover industry gaps, stay ahead of emerging fintech trends/technologies, and foster a team culture of innovation.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
- Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools for User Flow Charts and UI/UX e.g. Figma, Moqups, Balsamiq.
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
- Professional certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master/Product Owner) would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
