Product Manager - Hybrid working

Salary: ฿90,000 – ฿100,000 per month

Cathcart Technology is partnering with a growing technology and digital solutions company to find an experienced Product Manager to lead its Project Management function and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-level technology projects.

This is a great opportunity for a business-oriented technology leader who enjoys managing people, working closely with clients, and overseeing complex digital transformation projects. You will take ownership of the overall project portfolio, lead and develop a team of Project Managers, and ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers, supporting their professional development and performance.

• Oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects align with business strategies and organisational goals.

• Drive the delivery of enterprise-level projects, including CRM, CDP, ERP, sales systems, customer management platforms, and digital applications.

• Work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful project execution.

• Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and potential challenges.

• Act as a key point of contact between clients, business teams, and internal technical teams.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, product management, or technology-related business solutions.

• Proven experience in a leadership position, managing and mentoring Project Managers or junior team members.

• Strong understanding of business solutions, particularly CRM, CDP, ERP, sales systems, and enterprise applications.

• Experience managing large-scale or multiple enterprise projects, preferably within medium to large organisations.

• Good command of both Thai and English
