Product Manager II, Enterprise

Summary

Own the enterprise product surface of an AI-native corporate travel platform, shaping features and AI agents that enable large companies to run global travel programs from one place.

Who: You!
What: Own the enterprise product surface that decides whether the world's largest, most complex corporate travel programs can go live at all.
When: ASAP! We are looking to hire and onboard a new hire as soon as we find the right person for the job.
Where: Hybrid in New York City, working alongside teammates from our offices at 115 Broadway, New York, NY
Travel: Limited travel is expected (approximately three weeks per year after onboarding), primarily for customer workshops, enterprise meetings, and occasional company offsites.
Why: Join a growing product team at a pivotal moment and help unblock, win, and deploy some of the largest corporate travel programs in the world.
How (to land the job!): Connect with our recruiting team, then meet with members of our Product organization and cross-functional partners through a mix of conversations focused on your experience, product thinking, collaboration style, and approach to solving complex, high-stakes problems. We're looking for someone who is excited to help shape the future of enterprise travel and make an immediate impact.

What you’ll own
  • The core enterprise product at the heart of Spotnana's AI-native travel platform: the features, workflows, and AI agents that decide whether the world's largest companies can go live.
  • A definitive, prioritized view of what's blocking the most demanding buyers and administrators from running their entire travel program on Spotnana, and the plan to clear it.
  • Direct relationships with large, complex customers and the teams building alongside you (sales, deployment, support), so you learn the real problems firsthand and fast.
  • Turning what enterprise administrators actually need into shipped product, increasingly by putting AI on the work that used to take humans weeks.
  • The single-pane experience and the AI agents behind it, which lets an administrator run a global, multi-million-dollar travel program from one place.

Experience to bring with you
  • 2-4 years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, enterprise-grade B2B products
  • A track record of working directly with large enterprise customers, including navigating competing stakeholder needs and translating them into a coherent product roadmap
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, breaking down messy, high-stakes problems (global programs, millions of users, deep configurability) into a clear, sequenced plan
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design to ship complex workflows or admin-facing tools, not just consumer-facing features
  • Strong communication skills, able to represent both the customer's voice and the product's constraints to execs, customers, and cross-functional teams alike
  • Hands-on experience prototyping and using AI tools to ship product faster; this is a role where speed to a working solution matters as much as the plan
  • Willing and able to work in an open office environment
