Summary
Product manager for Kraken's (Payward) financial-crime investigation platform, owning the roadmap and translating Compliance policy into requirements for Engineering. You will own the investigation-platform roadmap, define deliverables and acceptance criteria, and manage requirements between Compliance and Engineering. You will improve alert ingestion, case management, auditability, data controls, and regulated automation while coordinating delivery updates with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the investigation-platform roadmap
- Define phased deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Build requirements intake between Compliance policy, monitoring rules, and case management
- Reconcile policies and SOPs with investigator workflows and system behavior
- Evaluate alert ingestion, resolution, suppression, grouping, and reconciliation logic
- Make audit trails, data lineage, evidence retention, reviewer attribution, and change controls core requirements
- Deliver controlled automation and AI for regulated workflows
- Run stakeholder forums, updates, and delivery-status reporting
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience with financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD, or sanctions screening
- Working knowledge of AML programme examination and monitoring, filing, and control systems
- Technical fluency in data flows and system design
- Experience delivering internal tools or operational platforms
- Clear writing for PRDs, phase plans, audit walkthroughs, and executive updates
- Stakeholder management and delivery judgment
