Salary: $140 – $165 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation program delivering strategic products and services within a Federal Government environment.
Australian Citizenship and an active Baseline Security Clearance are mandatory.
About the Role
Working with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, you will drive product strategy, lead discovery activities, manage product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritise initiatives, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and user needs. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-impact government programs while influencing product direction from concept through delivery.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering complex digital products
Strong experience with product strategy, roadmap planning and backlog management
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
Ability to balance user needs, business outcomes and technical feasibility
Experience working in large enterprise or Federal Government environments
