Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. You will have the opportunity to shape the product roadmap and drive meaningful impact by delivering solutions that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery.
- Author clear, concise user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- High level of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a remote-first culture.
- Technical background or experience working directly with API-driven products.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
- Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and wireframing tools.
