Product Manager-Infrastructure Malaysia
Summary
Product Manager for IT infrastructure at a technology distributor in Kuala Lumpur, managing a portfolio of enterprise hardware products (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, etc.), vendor relationships, and reseller/channel partners. Day to day includes sales support, quotations, partner enablement, and market research to grow product sales.
Salary: RM 5,500 – RM 8,000 per month
About the role
Product Manager – Infrastructure- Malaysia role focused on managing and growing the IT infrastructure product portfolio. The role will focus on vendor management, channel development, sales support, and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Manage assigned infrastructure products and vendor relationships
Develop and maintain reseller, system integrator, and channel partner accounts
Identify new business and market opportunities
Support the sales team with product information, quotations, presentations, and customer requirements
Conduct product training and partner enablement
Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, and product performance
Research market trends and competitor offerings
Develop strategies to increase product sales and market share
About you
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product management, channel sales, or business development
Product experience with HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, or Nokia
Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and security solutions
Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or enterprise customers
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in the Singapore market is an advantage
