About the role
Product Manager – Infrastructure role focused on managing and growing the IT infrastructure product portfolio. The role will focus on vendor management, channel development, sales support, and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned infrastructure products and vendor relationships
- Develop and maintain reseller, system integrator, and channel partner accounts
- Identify new business and market opportunities
- Support the sales team with product information, quotations, presentations, and customer requirements
- Conduct product training and partner enablement
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, and product performance
- Research market trends and competitor offerings
- Develop strategies to increase product sales and market share
About you
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product management, channel sales, or business development
- Product experience with HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, or Nokia
- Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, and security solutions
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or enterprise customers
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the Singapore market is an advantage
