Product Manager International

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international payments products. You will lead engineers and designers in building global money movement capabilities, manage cross-border payments and foreign exchange, develop banking and payment partnerships, design compliance and risk infrastructure, and launch capabilities in new markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for international payments
• Drive execution with engineers and designers
• Translate customer insights and technical possibilities into user experiences
• Expand product capabilities for finance teams
• Prototype products using tools such as Claude
• Monitor AI research and industry trends
• Evaluate and manage banking, FX, and local payment partners
• Design compliance and risk infrastructure
• Launch international capabilities in new geographies

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking
• Fluency in data-driven product decision-making
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
• Ability to lead and influence engineers and designers
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on AI building, prototyping, or side-project experience
• Fluency with Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, Figma, and Git
• Experience building payments products or products in regulated markets
