As a Product Manager, you will shape the digital roadmap for products serving millions of users globally.
You will own product strategy, customer understanding, prioritization, and delivery from discovery through launch.
Working in a fully distributed environment, you will partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams.
You will use research, experimentation, analytics, and market intelligence to identify the right opportunities to pursue.
Your decisions will directly influence product usability, customer engagement, business growth, and long-term product success.
You will also champion clear goals, measurable outcomes, and efficient ways of working across cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities
- Define and execute product strategy and digital roadmaps, aligning initiatives with company OKRs and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead customer research, discovery, and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, behaviors, and opportunities, translating insights into compelling product recommendations and business cases.
- Evaluate new product opportunities based on customer desirability, usability, business value, market trends, competitive intelligence, regulatory developments, and industry changes.
- Establish, communicate, and continuously refine the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to translate product opportunities into clear, specific, and measurable requirements while ensuring solutions meet customer and business needs.
- Manage product scope and delivery from inception through closure, prioritizing work according to team capacity and capability while supporting timely, high-quality releases.
- Coordinate dependencies across Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop go-to-market plans, identify target customer segments, and establish compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, analyze customer feedback and performance data, and continuously iterate products to improve outcomes.
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to new and existing team members in relevant areas of product expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, with a strong track record of making data-driven decisions through user research, experimentation, and product analytics.
- Proven ability to iterate and improve products based on customer feedback, behavioral insights, and measurable performance results.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance customer needs with commercial and technical considerations.
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a comparable goal-setting and performance framework.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment, particularly when working closely with engineering and design.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, requirements definition, delivery processes, and product performance measurement.
- Experience working with emerging markets and achieving product-market fit is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product, Technology, or a related discipline is a plus.
