Product Manager

As an experienced Product Manager, you’ll be joining our team of 2 Products, 1 Designer and 11 Developers focusing on shaping a consumer facing product and CMS solution for our merchants.

The user being at the centre of our decisions, we are looking for an experienced PM that constantly advocates and drives a human-centred product development approach.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the Payment Industry,

• You have a solid track record in incremental software development with a focus on value for your users,

• You are able to create, argument and adapt your own roadmap (through roadmap meeting and steering committees),

• You are business minded : your product decisions are driven by the business impact (please note we highly consider customer satisfaction as a business growth factor),

• You have experience in working closely with remote software development teams in a product manager role,

• You have great presentation and stakeholder management skills that will help you communicate the value of your roadmap across the team and company,

• You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities,

• You can work in full autonomy (especially in remote)
