Key Responsibilities

- Analyze player behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to shape product roadmaps and drive player engagement.
- Use player feedback and data to prioritize innovative features, design updates, and improve the overall gaming experience.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of game development from concept and launch to ongoing improvement.
- Partner with artists and engineers to ensure timely delivery and the continuous enhancement of game features.
- Foster a culture of accountability and ownership across teams, ensuring projects align with the strategic vision.
- Merge data-driven insights with creative thinking to deliver games that are both fun and engaging.
- Brainstorm and develop new game ideas with the team, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile gaming.
