Product Manager
Eureka operates "Pairs," a dating and matchmaking app for people who are serious about finding a partner. Pairs is one of the largest online dating apps in Japan, with over 27 million cumulative registrations. Since launching in Japan in 2012, Taiwan in 2013, and South Korea in 2025, the service has continued to grow steadily, with over 700,000 people finding partners through Pairs. In 2015, we joined Match Group, which operates online dating apps worldwide. To realize our mission of "creating services that people are glad exist in their lives," we are aiming for further growth not only in Japan but globally.
Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to support the growth of our online dating app, "Pairs." As a Product Manager, you will focus on planning and executing initiatives to improve the user experience and product enhancements. This requires a comprehensive understanding of the product from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives to inform your strategy. You will also be expected to take initiative to accelerate product growth while collaborating with various departments.

What You’ll Do: Planning initiatives to improve product KPIs and KGI Creating Product Requirement Documents (PRD) Collaborating with tech and design teams to define detailed specifications and direct development Analyzing post-release data and proposing improvements in collaboration with the analytics team Managing the approval and sharing process with stakeholders
Basic Qualifications: Product management experience (3+ years)
Logical decision-making skills based on data
Ability to explain intentions and strategies to stakeholders effectively
Ability to generate ideas that balance UX and business perspectives
Fluent Japanese communication skills
English proficiency for reading, writing, and basic conversation
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using matching apps
Experience using online dating services
Analytical skills using SQL
Skills in improving operational efficiency using AI tools
Experience in developing and operating toC apps
Experience collaborating with and involving cross-functional teams
Business-level English proficiency
