Product Manager - Mitigation Platform
- Development of a robust framework for generating and distributing work across all operations
- Creation of tools and frameworks for teams to design specific workflows
- Establishment of a comprehensive reference for a 360-degree view of customer data
- Leadership of a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to standardizing and elevating operational workflows
- Ownership of solutions for case and document request lifecycle management
- Management of customer communication tools and agent-facing platforms
- Setting product direction and aligning engineering, design, and operations within Mitigation Platform
- Providing strategic direction and hands-on project leadership and execution
- Owning the product roadmap and defining KPIs/OKRs
- Collaboration with Design, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Overseeing execution of key projects including decreasing friction for customers and automating reviews
- Proven experience in building products at scale
- Leadership experience in product teams including hiring and growing the team
- Hands-on ability to operate at many levels of detail as a player-coach
- Data-driven approach with ability to self-serve with data and measure impact
- Experience leveraging AI and LLMs to build products faster
- Ability to communicate impact of ideas and formulate implementation plans
- Salary: 1,750,000 - 2,208,000 HUF monthly
