Product Manager (Music App)

You will lead the product strategy and execution for Amanotes' Music Apps portfolio, co-owning the product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes end-to-end. You will partner with the Head of Music App and cross-functional leaders to define the multi-year direction for Music Apps, then translate it into clear bets, roadmaps, and experiments that deliver measurable results at scale. You will own business performance metrics, build and coach a high-performing product team, and shape the operating model for the Music Apps domain.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the Music Apps product vision and 1–3 year roadmap with the Head of Music App
  • Own the business performance of Music Apps (revenue, ARPDAU, subscriptions, LTV/CAC, profitability)
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing product team (PMs, cross-functional squads)
  • Shape and continuously improve the operating model for Music Apps
  • Define and drive the product strategy for Music Apps from market and user insights to product bets and success metrics
  • Co-lead the Music Apps roadmap with the Head of Music Apps
  • Own prioritization across squads and initiatives, making explicit trade-offs on scope, quality, and speed
  • Lead and mentor POs in the Music Apps domain
  • Represent Music Apps in key company forums, aligning stakeholders and securing resources

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) for consumer mobile apps (B2C)
  • Strong experience building and scaling mobile apps for global markets
  • Proven track record of shipping features or products end-to-end with measurable business impact
  • Strong skills in problem framing, product discovery, and translating ideas into product requirements and roadmaps
  • Solid understanding of mobile app metrics and growth
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile or iterative development environment
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Professional working proficiency in English
