The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, coordinate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) across all stakeholder groups, and drive a consistent, predictable launch cadence so that improvements reach the field reliably and without disruption.

Align roadmap priorities with Bayshore’s operational and strategic goals, and review the roadmap regularly with leadership and stakeholder groups.

UAT & Quality

Plan, coordinate, and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) across all stakeholder groups for every release.

Ensure UAT coverage reflects real field and branch workflows; track defects and sign-offs, and hold releases to a clear quality bar before launch.

Close the loop with stakeholders on UAT findings and ensure fixes are validated before and after release.

Drive a consistent, predictable release cadence for OneBayshore, launching improvements on a regular schedule.

Coordinate launch readiness across communications, training, support, and operations so that changes land smoothly for field staff.
