About the Company:
Opti.ai is building AI-native IAM solutions for enterprises. Our platform automatically discovers, understands, and manages access relationships across organizations - solving IAM problems that traditional tools can't touch. We recently launched from stealth with $20M in seed funding and are working with enterprises across industries.
Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the VP product
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the product – from conception, through customer pilots, deployments, continuous feature releases, and the maturity of existing product features. Push the organization to reach its product goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and easy to use.
- Be a focal point for management and peers across the company for the product needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Turn technical challenges into clear product requirements and easy-to-use solutions. Use data and customer feedback to constantly improve the product experience.
- Take full ownership of product features release, set priorities, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining a balance between speed and quality.
- Lead go-to-market efforts, ensuring successful adoption, engagement, and impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software
- Out of which at least 2 years experience in the cybersecurity domain
- Experience communicating with customers
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative mindset and team-building capabilities
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), or Identity Security
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
