Product Manager Payments
You will own the payments stack for fiat and crypto money movement. You will set and maintain the payments roadmap, manage payment service provider relationships, optimize deposit and withdrawal conversion, personalize checkout experiences, and work with engineering on integrations, infrastructure, and payment incidents.
Responsibilities
- Build a platform for fiat and crypto money movement in and out of Polymarket
- Build and maintain the payments roadmap
- Manage relationships with payment service providers and evaluate vendor partnerships through RFPs
- Optimize deposit and withdrawal conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis
- Implement machine learning models to personalize checkout experiences
- Respond to payment outages and technical issues alongside engineering teams, including off-hours support
- Analyze payment data to identify friction points and authorization rate improvements
- Collaborate with engineering to integrate payment methods and maintain payment infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with merchant-side payments
- Experience working with payment service providers such as Stripe, Adyen, or Checkout.com
- Track record of optimizing payment conversion and authorization rates using data analysis
- Experience responding immediately to payment issues in fast-paced environments
- Analytics skills and ability to design and interpret A/B tests
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and participate in payment provider RFPs
- Experience with machine learning applications in payments or checkout optimization
- Gaming or crypto merchant experience
