Senior Product Manager Payments Business Account

Summary

Own the payments product end-to-end at Reap, simplifying KYC/KYB, onboarding, payee setup, and multi-currency settlement journeys while influencing embedded-finance infrastructure, with a focus on stablecoins and blockchain payment rails.

You will own Payments end to end, set product direction and priorities, simplify onboarding, KYB, KYC, payee setup, approval and multi-currency settlement journeys, influence embedded-finance infrastructure, maintain compliance and reliability, track product metrics, and work across functions to deliver and improve the product.

Responsibilities

  • Own Payments end to end from strategy and discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Set product direction and prioritize the roadmap
  • Simplify onboarding, KYB, KYC, payee setup, approval chains, and multi-currency settlement
  • Influence the embedded-finance infrastructure roadmap
  • Maintain product compliance and reliability as it scales
  • Define and track adoption, retention, payment volume, and payment speed metrics
  • Partner with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of product management experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS platforms
  • Experience launching and scaling complex payment products
  • Direct experience with stablecoins, blockchain payment rails, or digital asset infrastructure
  • Knowledge of multi-currency and multi-entity payment operations
  • Technical fluency with payments and engineering
  • Experience simplifying complex financial workflows
  • Analytical and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
