Product Manager (Personal Work Memory)
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year
About the role
We are building an App and web product centred on how people accumulate, find and use information in their own work — exploring what a genuinely useful "work memory" can be. Our users are international, and the product is being built from Singapore. We are looking for a product partner who can get into real work scenarios, find the problems that matter and drive product validation.
Key responsibilities
Research the real problems our users face in accumulating, finding and using work information, and define which scenarios to solve first.
Own requirements analysis, solution design and iteration for key user flows across the App and web product.
Work with design and engineering to validate the effect of product changes through user interviews, feedback and usage data.
Work with the growth team to analyse the journey from first use to continued use, and find product opportunities for extending individual use into team adoption.
Take care over privacy, authorisation boundaries and user control wherever personal work information is involved.
About you
Product experience with App or web products, including independently running user research, prioritisation trade-offs, cross-team execution and outcome validation.
Product judgement grounded in real user problems — this is not a role limited to writing requirement documents and managing schedules.
A genuine understanding of how people work, and a habit of adjusting your judgement based on user feedback.
Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly with design, engineering and marketing teams.
Strong written and spoken English, as the role involves communicating with an international user base.
Sound judgement on privacy, authorisation and user control over personal work information.
Experience with personal productivity tools, knowledge management or collaboration products, or with products that grew from individual use into team adoption (advantageous).
