About the Role

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace, building the growth function from the ground up. You will work across product, engineering, design, and data to help creators move from first visit to publishing their first game.

What You'll Do

  • Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve growth metrics.

  • Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and develop strategies for creator acquisition and engagement.

  • Gather feedback directly from creators and turn it into product improvements.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners on the roadmap and growth function.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of product management or growth product experience on a consumer product.

  • Hands-on experience owning acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.

  • Ability to build prototypes, scripts, or side projects, with technical product management experience beyond writing specifications.

  • Strong data skills, including familiarity with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

  • Experience creating or working on consumer AI, user-generated content, games, creator products, or two-sided marketplaces.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background, and an independent, high-agency approach to product work.
