We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in iGaming;
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, providers, or third-party integrations;
  • Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system interactions;
  • Experience managing product backlog, defining requirements, and prioritizing initiatives;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, Analytics);
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery processes;
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the roadmap of third-party integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy;
  • Manage the full lifecycle of game provider integrations, from discovery and prioritization to launch and post-release monitoring;
  • Gather, define, and prioritize business, operational, and technical requirements related to integrations and platform capabilities;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives;
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for integration-related topics and external partners;
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve integration-related issues, bottlenecks, and operational challenges;
  • Monitor integration performance, stability, and business impact, proposing improvements where needed;
  • Drive operational excellence by improving integration processes, workflows, and communication between internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams on launches, certifications, market rollouts, and integration enhancements;
  • Define and track key product and operational metrics related to integrations and provider performance;
  • Contribute to platform evolution by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and scalability of integration processes;
  • Support incident management, escalations, and critical business issues related to integrations when required.
