Product Owner (Head)

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and product vision for a complex Regtech platform.
• Transform complex technical capabilities into a clear, marketable product with a compelling value proposition.
• Define product positioning for regulators across different countries and jurisdictions.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements.
• Work directly with government agencies and regulatory stakeholders to understand their needs and decision-making processes.
• Design and drive integration strategy with government registries, tax systems, sanctions databases, and other external data sources.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on product architecture, APIs, and technical requirements.
• Prioritize product initiatives and drive delivery in a highly autonomous environment.
• Create product documentation, specifications, and user flows.
• Take full ownership of the product without relying on an established product organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in complex software products.
• Experience with payment systems, AML/KYC, or financial compliance solutions.
• Experience with High-load, FinTech, RegTech, or GovTech platforms.
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry or other regulated sectors.
• Experience working with government organizations or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and real-time architectures.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
