Product Manager - Senior

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager responsible for leading product planning and execution across the entire product lifecycle. This role focuses on defining product vision, aligning with business strategy, and delivering high-impact solutions that enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision aligned with organizational goals
  
• Ensure product initiatives support overall business strategy
  
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and stakeholder alignment
  

Product Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
  
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, MRDs, and PRDs
  
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business value and customer impact
  

Customer & Market Focus

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and user experience
  
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation
  
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback
  

Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and leadership
  
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
  

Go-to-Market & Growth

• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies
  
• Define product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
  
• Evaluate and optimize promotional plans
  
• Drive market share growth and product adoption
