Product Manager
Summary
Owns spend-management and remittance products for Saudi Arabia, translating financial flows into scalable product requirements and driving launches with engineering, design, and data teams.
This is a remote position.
TheProduct Manager (L2)is responsible for owning product initiatives that deliver measurable value to users and the business. This role works at the intersection ofcustomer needs, business strategy, and technology, translating insights into product requirements and successful product launches.
The Product Manager collaborates closely withengineering, design, data, and business teamsto build scalable solutions, improve user experiences, and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Conductmarket research, competitive analysis, and customer discoveryto identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Gather and analyzeuser feedback, product data, and behavioral insightsto guide product decisions.
- Translate insights intoclear problem statements and product opportunities.
- Defineproduct requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaaligned with company objectives.
- Contribute toproduct strategy and roadmap planningfor owned product areas.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based onuser impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Manage and maintain theproduct backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams.
- Work closely withengineering and design teamsto deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Support sprint planning, product reviews, and release management activities.
- Collaborate withdesign, engineering, marketing, and operations teamsto deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Communicate product updates, requirements, and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment betweenproduct initiatives and broader business objectives.
- Monitor product performance usinganalytics and user feedback.
- Identify opportunities forproduct improvements and optimizations.
- Support experimentation anddata-driven product iterations.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
