Description

Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.

Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.

As a Product Manager you will work closely with engineering, R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders to build products that meet customer needs and set new standards in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage of growth, where your contribution will shape the direction of products and drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and go-to-market plans that connect end-user cost/performance requirements to compelling system value propositions.

  • Channel and prioritize customer feedback from field trials and integrators to improve Company’s products and roadmaps.

  • Evaluate customer use-cases and workflows to distill insights from early engagements into practical business strategies.

  • Collaborate with Company’s engineers and product managers to build product-based roadmaps that span firmware, embedded OS, mobile apps, cloud/edge orchestration, and test tooling.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (embedded firmware, Android/iOS apps, desktop Linux/Windows apps, cloud orchestration, and security/compliance) to define easy-to-use integrations.

  • Define and monitor important product metrics to ensure Company’s leadership over competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications:

  • For Strong Junior-level candidates: 2+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience in a technology company. For Senior-level candidates: 4-5+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Hands-on experience with defense, hardware, embedded systems, IoT, or other complex high-tech products.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers, systems engineers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong program management skills — very organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment.

  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Company offers:

  • Official employment and a competitive compensation package;

  • 24 calendar days of paid annual leave, paid sick leave, and all statutory social benefits;

  • Medical insurance;

  • A strong values-driven culture, a team of like-minded professionals, and opportunities for professional growth;

  • Modern work equipment (MacBook or other preferred hardware);

  • English language classes and workshops;

  • Compensation for educational and professional development programs.

If you are passionate about defense and technology, apply now and become part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of innovation.
