Owns the governance framework for a banking platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Product Manager – Platform Risk & Governance
Define and manage the governance framework for the FYN platform, ensuring adherence to Regulatory Policy, Organizational policies and Industry Standards.
Track regulatory requirements and coordinate timely implementation of applicable changes across the platform.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Operations teams to identify, assess, and mitigate platform risks.
Coordinate internal and external audits, manage audit observations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
Own and maintain platform documentation, including policies, BRDs, SOPs, process flows, governance artefacts, and operating guidelines.
Monitor governance, compliance, and operational KPIs, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- 6-8 years of experience in Digital Banking, Corporate Banking, Product Management, Business Analysis, Risk, or Governance.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, operational risk, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in process design, policy formulation, documentation, and control management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit.
