Product Manager

You lead the development of a single-dealer crypto trading platform for institutional counterparties. You translate business needs into product requirements, manage roadmaps and sprints, coordinate technical teams, support integrations, track KPIs, gather user feedback, and improve platform performance and latency.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle of the Single Dealer Platform
• Translate business needs into product requirements and technical specifications
• Manage engineering roadmaps, sprints, and deliverables
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using FIX
• Contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews
• Uphold cybersecurity standards
• Use AWS infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and scale components
• Use Python for automation, prototyping, and data analysis
• Track KPIs and gather user feedback
• Improve product functionality and performance
• Minimize latency across execution pathways
