Product Manager

The opportunity
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Risk Technology Team. Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research
- Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives
- Drive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders
Who are we looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams
- Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
- Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
