Manages Open Banking projects for a global payments company, coordinating customer onboarding and change initiatives while aligning with stakeholders and compliance standards.

The opportunity

As a member of an international team, you will contribute to the strategic implementation of Open Banking assets by managing customer onboarding and change projects, helping shape the future of payments.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Project management of build and change initiatives in the Open Banking department
    • Primary point of contact for Worldline and customer-side stakeholders
    • Steering-level communication with stakeholders
    • Estimation, planning, and oversight within a Scrum of Scrums context
    • Change impact analysis and customer-facing communications
    • Quality management and assurance
    • Risk and issue identification, tracking, and mitigation
    • Project documentation, reporting, and governance
    • Measurement, KPIs, and post-implementation reviews
    • Security/compliance alignment (e.g., data privacy)
    • Build-to-Run handover planning and execution
  • Support project progress by contributing to:
    • Quality assurance activities
    • Service configuration and release readiness
    • Comprehensive documentation
  • Drive continuous optimization and evolution of products and services in close coordination with development, operations, and product management teams

Who are we looking for

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in IT, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management across cultures
  • Interest in working internationally with clear, professional internal and external communication

  • General IT affinity with proficiency in industry-standard tooling (e.g., Office, testing tools, Database tools, project management, Jira)

Optional capabilities

  • Experience in payments, Open Banking, or fintech environments
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP)
