Description

Product Marketing Manager

Infatica is a UK-based provider of proxy and data collection solutions, founded in 2019. Our product suite includes residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies, along with a Scraper API and data collection services. Thousands of companies use Infatica for price monitoring, market research, ad verification, SEO, cybersecurity and other data-driven use cases. We are a compact, product-focused team of around 30 people, which means every hire has a visible impact on how the company grows.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Infatica's products are positioned, explained and sold. You will be the bridge between Product, Sales, Support and Marketing: turning technical capabilities into clear value propositions, giving the sales team the tools they need to win, and making sure every launch lands with the right audience. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into a technical B2B product and translating it into language that both developers and business buyers understand.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain positioning and messaging for Infatica's product lines (proxies, Scraper API, data products) for key segments and personas.
  • Run competitive intelligence across the proxy and web data market: track pricing, features and messaging of competitors, and turn findings into battlecards and recommendations.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market for new products, features and pricing changes together with Product and Sales: launch plans, release notes, landing page copy, announcements.
  • Build sales enablement materials: one-pagers, pitch decks, use-case sheets, objection handling and comparison pages.
  • Talk to customers and the sales team regularly to understand buying triggers, use cases and reasons for winning or losing deals; feed insights back into the product roadmap.
  • Own product pages and use-case content on the website in collaboration with SEO and content teams, improving conversion from visitor to trial and paid customer.
  • Develop customer stories, case studies and use-case narratives for target industries such as e-commerce, travel, ad tech and AI/data companies.
  • Define and track PMM metrics: launch performance, adoption of new features, win rates, conversion on key pages.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure or data products.
  • Ability to understand technical products quickly (APIs, networking basics, how proxies and web scraping work) and explain them simply.
  • Proven track record of building positioning and messaging frameworks and running product launches end to end.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with market research, competitor analysis, and working with web analytics and funnel data.
  • Excellent written English (C1 or higher). You can write a landing page, a battlecard and a launch email that all sound right for their audience.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team without heavy process.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the proxy, web scraping, data-as-a-service or cybersecurity market.
  • Experience with product-led growth (self-serve sign-ups, trials, pricing pages).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs or Semrush, HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Russian language is a plus for internal communication.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.
  • Real influence on product strategy and the company's market positioning, not just execution of someone else's plan.
  • Short decision-making chains and direct access to founders, Product and Sales.
  • Paid vacation and day-offs according to company policy.
