Responsibilities
- Ownership of product requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, UX (defining wireframes), UI, product KPIs, and development process
- Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, DA, CS, Support, Marketing, UI team etc.) to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation.
- Working closely with the R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery
- Monitoring product and business performance, and taking action as needed to drive business success
- Work inbound within a technical teams and Outbound with the Clients
- Play a key role in the roadmap-building process.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Product Owner in a high- tech company. Strongly preferred Saas products
- Experience in characterizing systems with a UX orientation
- Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
- Advantage: SW Development/QA background, Mongo DB, Data analysis, UX expertly, APIs
- Working experience in integrations / technical products - advantage
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships -
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Proved knowledge and skills: JIRA , CRM systems , SAAS systems , MSOffice, UX
- Russian language knowledge is a must
- English at a very high level (preferably mother tongue) both speaking and writing
