As Product Owner, you will ensure the smooth operations of Zyncc Workflow (ZWF) and Lictionary (LIC), two key internal applications supporting content and knowledge management at SoftwareOne.

You will drive their adoption, maintain high-quality content and configurations, and support users across the business, while identifying opportunities to standardize and automate processes, helping improve scalability, consistency, and user experience and shaping how these applications evolve in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve day-to-day business operations for ZWF and LIC, including recurring checks, validations, and operational governance
• Manage the content lifecycle from intake through review, testing, approval, and release to production
• Collaborate with SMEs and content owners to define, review, and maintain workflows, URLs, libraries, and related content
• Coordinate and communicate production releases, operational updates, and functional changes to stakeholders
• Monitor and triage incoming requests and incidents, ensuring timely responses, routing, and communication
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of functional issues with Product Management and SMEs, documenting learnings
• Identify, prioritize, and support standardization and automation opportunities while maintaining backlog, documentation, and reporting
