Product Owner
Summary
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for an internal company-wide KPI platform and employee directory, partnering with engineering on architecture and iterating based on feedback.
You will own the operating system product strategy, roadmap, and execution end to end. You will ship a company-wide KPI platform, build an employee directory with organizational and KPI attribution data, drive departments to define and report on meaningful KPIs, partner with engineering on schema and architecture, and iterate based on usage and feedback.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience at a top technology company
- Problem-solving and hands-on product-building ability
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written communication
- Confidence working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality and full ownership
- Experience building internal tools BI platforms or HR technology products is preferred
- Familiarity with metrics frameworks dashboards or organizational data products is preferred
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills are preferred
