Responsibilities
- Set and drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery across product and GenAI-related initiatives
- Serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain clarity and alignment
- Convert AI/GenAI use cases and business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and risks
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and design to ensure productivity, accountability, and aligned delivery
- Run Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and keep execution moving smoothly
- Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints when making product decisions
- Define KPIs, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with QA to ensure high-quality delivery through effective validation processes
- Cultivate a transparent, collaborative, high-performing team environment while managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery, or relevant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or TPM
- Demonstrated experience in roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and product strategy with a strong ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery management
- Background delivering or supporting GenAI-related initiatives
- Ability to partner closely with engineers with an understanding of system design and constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Experience managing end-to-end feature delivery
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product metrics to enable data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proactive, structured, results-driven approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
