Product Owner

Salary: £68,000 - 108,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Product Owner experience within software delivery/professional services
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Skilled in gathering, refining and prioritising requirements
• Confident working with customers, developers, QA and Project Managers
• Adaptable, outcome-focused and able to balance customer, business and delivery needs

Responsibilities:

• Own requirements, backlog priorities and solution outcomes
• Ensure customer needs are translated into high-quality, deliverable solutions that support right-first-time delivery and continuous improvement
• Understand customer goals and translate them into a clear solution vision
• Define solution scope, outcomes and success measures for each engagement
• Lead discovery activities to understand business processes, users, objectives and constraints
• Own, prioritise and refine the solution backlog
• Collaborate with customers and delivery teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Champion quality throughout discovery, design and delivery activities
• Identify, communicate and manage delivery risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Build strong relationships with customers, SMEs and delivery teams
