Product Owner

Summary

Owns and drives product development initiatives for IT services, translating client needs into deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders and managing engagements across the UK.

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting technology, service, or product development initiatives.
  • Background in IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Technology Solutions, or IT Hardware.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to gather and translate customer requirements.
  • Delivery-focused with a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for client meetings and engagements.
  • Experience in a Product Owner, Product Coordinator, Product Analyst, or Junior Product Manager role is desirable.
  • Agile, Scrum, or Product Management qualifications are desirable.
  • Experience using customer feedback and data to drive product improvements is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of our product roadmap and prioritised backlog.
  • Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Work closely with technical, service delivery, support, and commercial teams.
  • Define requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Coordinate product releases, enhancements, and change activities.
  • Support stakeholder communication, training, and product adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our products, services, and customer experience.
  • Help remove delivery blockers and keep projects moving forward.
