What You'll Do:

• Team up with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, business goals, and product visions.

• Take ownership of medium-sized website and mobile application projects, guiding them from discovery through delivery.

• Lead product discovery by gathering insights, exploring user needs, and turning ideas into valuable product solutions.

• Create clear user flows that balance client expectations, user needs, and technical possibilities.

• Keep product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation organized and ready for action.

• Make sure the team has 1–2 sprints of clear, well-prioritized work ready to go.

• Master the art of prioritization, balancing business goals, client value, user impact, and development efficiency.

• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure everyone has what they need to create exceptional products.

• Embrace the agile spirit by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage change requests thoughtfully, helping clients understand their impact on the product, timeline, and priorities.

• Build strong relationships with clients and keep them informed about progress, feedback, releases, and future plans.

• Keep a keen eye on product performance and continuously look for ways to improve the user experience.

• Bring fresh ideas to improve product and team processes, and share your knowledge with junior Product Owners.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role for website or mobile application products.

• Experience leading medium-sized digital projects with confidence and care.

• Experience creating and managing product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• A strong understanding of product discovery, user flows, and turning business needs into practical product solutions.

• Great prioritization skills — you can keep multiple moving pieces organized and focused.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — your ideas shine through.

• Strong problem-solving abilities — you can tackle challenges with a clear and thoughtful approach.

• The versatility to work independently while being a reliable, collaborative team player.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and the software development lifecycle.

• Bonus: Proficiency in tools like Linear, Shortcut, Jira, Notion, and Figma.
